2020 Parenting

The goal of this website was to produce an effective vehicle for preventing addiction and drug abuse in children and teenagers. There are ever changing articles that are added to the site via an administration backend as well as contributor management capabilities. The next step in the evolution will be the ability for contributors to enter articles themselves through a password protected administration area.

Alexandra Skye Dickinson

Alexandra's website was built as a request from her parents to show off their new baby to friends and family. The site has a database backend with image uploading and automatic image resizing. Alexandra's parents can add images, captions, stories, videos, etc. all through a password protected administration section on the website.

Arbour Consulting

Arbour Consulting is a small consulting firm in Burnaby, BC who needed a new look for their website as well as adding some much needed functionality and additional content. The solution was a page template that easily allowed for content and page image updates. As well, a database backend was built for self-administration of links and people who signed up to receive newsletters.

Atlin Community Website

This website is currently under development. Atlin is a small community in Northern BC. Their current website was out of date and poorly designed. This is a replacement site and contains features such as a community events calendar, birthday calendar, current weather conditions, business and accommodations listing with the ability for the each business to update their own profile on the site. There is also eCommerce built into the site for businesses to sell items online through the website. As well, other information about Atlin and the surrounding area will be included.

Beresanke Percussion

Beresanke Percussion sells genuine African musical instruments, does public performances, and offers workshops. They required a website that offered e-Commerce for selling their instruments, an events calendar, workshop registration and the ability to edit page content using a content management system (CMS).

Big Water Society

Big Water Society is a non-profilt society that provides counselling services for the citizens of Atlin, BC as well as youth programs. The website that was needed needed to be simple, informative and most of all, at a low cost. Aerobic Design provided BWS with a website that captured all these elements.

BikeWalk Victoria

John Crouch is a local Victoria athlete and writer. Several years ago he completed a very successful walking guide to Victoria. Recently he completed a biking guide for the Victoria area as well. John's surprising success with these books prompted him to contact Aerobic Design to design a website to further promote his books. The result was a simple, fresh and clean design.
